Landfill Entrance Permits & Recycle Sticker Notice
Transfer Station Increase In Annual Entrance Sticker Fee
Effective June 20, 2025, the cost of the annual Transfer Station entrance permit fee has increased from $25.00 to $35.00. This increase is as a result of the higher costs the City has incurred in the hauling of trash and recyclable items. Current entrance permits are valid from the day of purchase through June 30, 2026 and can be obtained at the customer service desk at either of the two Westfield Big Y’s or online.
The Transfer Station is open to Westfield residents only. It is not available to businesses or non-residents. Proof of residency is required at the Transfer Station gate prior to admittance.
NEW: The annual entrance permit can now also be obtained online using an e-check, PayPal/Venmo or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card (convenience/service fees apply).
To obtain a permit online, please click on the following link:

Please Note: ONLY entrance permits can be purchased online. Individual item stickers are not available online and must still be purchased at the customer service desk at either of the two Westfield Big Y’s.
