Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Massachusetts legislature extended provisions for early voting by mail and In person for elections held through December 15, 2021.
EARLY VOTING IN PERSON
Early Voting in person will be held in the Council Chambers at Westfield City Hall, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
*Masks are highly recommended but not required*
- Saturday - October 23rd - 8 am to 1 pm
- Monday - October 25th - 9 am to 5 pm
- Tuesday - October 26th - 9 am to 5 pm
- Wednesday - October 27th - 9 am to 5 pm
- Thursday - October 28th - 9 am to 7 pm
- Friday - October 29th - 9 am to 5 pm
VOTE BY MAIL
All active and inactive registered voters are welcome to vote by mail for the November 2nd City Election. Voters may download the Vote by Mail Application to complete, "hand sign" and submit as an attachment by email to email@example.com or fax to (413) 564-3114. Voters may submit a paper application to the City Clerk's office by mail to: ATTN: City Clerk's Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085 or in person by using the White Drop Box located outside of Westfield City Hall or to the City Clerk in Room 210 on the second floor of Westfield City Hall. The last day to submit an application or a written request for a mail-in ballot is Wednesday, October 27th before 5 PM. Ballots will be mailed as soon as they are available.
Voters may use the Track My Ballot link to track when the application was processed, when the ballot was mailed and when the ballot was received by the City Clerk's office.
Unlike early voting, which is currently available only for certain state elections, absentee voting is available for all elections. Absentee voting is available to those who qualify.
