Signs

Signs will be posted at the entrances to the above streets advising motorists that parking is restricted to residents only. A numbered sticker that will be attached to the lower left corner of the front windshield will identify vehicles belonging to residents. Any vehicle parked in the roadway that does not have a sticker attached is subject to a parking ticket and/or towing at a police officer’s discretion.

Stickers

A sufficient number of stickers will be given at a no charge to all residents who provide registration plate numbers for vehicles registered to them at that address. The sticker must be permanently attached to the lower left corner (driver’s side) of the front windshield, not to any type of removable object within the vehicle. Replacement stickers will be provided by the office of the parking clerk at 59 Court street for newly obtained vehicles. Proof of residency is required to obtain a sticker. If you anticipate visitors to your residence, and on-street parking is necessary, please park vehicles bearing stickers in the roadway and allow guests to part in your driveway.

If your vehicle registration number changes or you purchase a new vehicle during the year, please obtain a new resident parking permit. The registration number on your permit must match the registration number of your vehicle.
