HUD PROGRAMS Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program provides funding to eligible units of local government to develop viable urban communities through the provision of decent, safe, sanitary housing, suitable living environments, and expansion of economic development opportunities. The CDBG program primarily serves low to moderate (LMI) income persons.
